The Restaurant Writer & The Filmmaker

For years Angela Pettera wrote about restaurants in L.A. while her husband Smithee line produced and post produced films in Hollywood and overseas. Then one day the two decided to merge their talents and Eat Write Film was born.

Eat Write Film is currently producing two shows. Food Focus is a series that showcases restaurants, vintners, and chefs in their elements, cooking and talking about what drives their passion. Winging It With Mario is a cooking show that features a special ingredient in each episode. Host Mario Martinoli and his kitchen computer, the Culinator 3000, research the ingredient and develop a recipe around it.
